Zimbabwe has professional accounting bodies, industry associations, and countless informal WhatsApp groups for finance professionals. What it didn't have, until recently, was a dedicated membership community built specifically around the particular pressures and opportunities of finance leadership in this market.

Existing professional bodies serve an important but different purpose — qualification, standards, and broad-based advocacy. CFO Zimbabwe was built to serve something more specific: a space where finance executives could access peer relationships, career resources, and candid conversation with people who understand the exact weight of leading a finance function in this economy.
