Cross-border payments and remittances represent the most immediate practical use case for Zimbabwean businesses, given the country's significant diaspora remittance flows and the cost of traditional cross-border settlement rails.

Zimbabwe's regulatory posture toward cryptocurrency and blockchain-based financial products remains a work in progress, and finance leaders considering blockchain-based solutions need to track this closely — the compliance landscape can shift meaningfully in short windows.
